Scope: Full home renovation and extension, which included a walk-in pantry, three bathrooms, a laundry, built-in wardrobes in each bedroom, a sunroom extension with an alfresco kitchen, and a self-contained granny flat complete with its own kitchen and bathroom. Additional works included new flooring, internal and external painting, a new subfloor and a new roof. All of this was completed within a year.
