Brief: The brief for the small ensuite was to remove the large bath & shower combination, which took up the main footprint of the room. The design needed to accomodate for more natural light, robe storage, toilet, vanity and a generous shower area.
The room is now filled with natural light after a large velux skylight was installed. The elongated room allows for a large walk in shower and features a low height wall that runs through the the room. This provides a functional shelf whilst also concealing the toilet cistern. The custom vanity and mirror unit were the final touches to the new en suite. A walk in robe was designed at the entry of the room creating a private walk in robe and adding storage options for the master bedroom. Finishes include muted greys, carrara marble, iron bronze tapware, all accompanied by Byzantine feature mosiac tile in “Ming green marble”.
