Brief: This original Edwardian building was completely renovated and extended to create the perfect home for our clients. All but the original two front bedrooms of the home were demolished. The ground floor area was extended, and a 1st floor was built above. The amazing kitchen received a HIA award for its clever layout and quality materials featuring a Dekton island benchtop with Bora gas hotplate with in-built rangehood, integrated Liebherr fridge/freezer, a suite of Siemens appliances including coffee machine, steam oven, combi oven and 2 warming drawers, integrated dishwasher, Zip tap, wine fridge and a stone sink. Upstairs features a casual study/retreat with borrowed bay glimpses through the neighbours window, and a sumptuous main bedroom with a fabulous walk in robe and an opulent ensuite designed to create privacy while also allowing you to watch television in the comfort of the bath.
