Brief: This existing Victorian terrace was in desperate need of an update, and an extension to add space for our clients. The main issue was the very small kitchen area, that lacked functionality, and simply was not a place that the family could gather and enjoy their time together. Our scope included a rear ground floor extension, which created a generous area for a kitchen and dining room. Featuring pitched ceilings, velux skylights and steel doors, the space is now an entertainers delight. The kitchen not only looks great, it is now full of storage to meet the clients needs. A custom inbuilt leather lounge was included to maximise space for the dining area. Both bathrooms include stunning features, such as custom leather handles, custom joinery and feature tiling.
