Brighton

Location: Brighton

Duration: 8 Weeks

Scope: Kitchen

Brief: Our clients aim was to not only create an impressive kitchen space, but also reduce the impact the current kitchen space was having on the dining and living areas. The existing kitchen housed a study area, and spare toilet, neither of which were utilised by the clients. In doing so, we were able to create more space for an open plan layout, that suited the growing familys needs. Contemporary, warmth and luxurious, were all on the clients brief. The main design goal was to ensure the kitchen flow was functional. By implementing zoning through the kitchen, the space was divided to ensure ease of usability and functionality. Natural marble was installed on to create the luxurious, transitional look. It was important that the marble was soft with subtle warmth throughout, as the marble was to be the main kitchen feature. The rest of the kitchen was designed around the marble, to add to its delicate detailing, the 10mm joinery profile and sleek appliance selections.
