Sam is a qualified carpenter that has been working in the construction industry for the past thirteen years, both in Australia and abroad. With over a decade of experience, Sam has gained an extensive knowledge of the residential construction space.

His attention to detail and passion for construction has led him to manage a variety of projects, from architectural new builds to complete home renovations. Sam understands the importance of keeping clients informed and most of all, as excited about their project as he is. He enjoys meeting and liaising with clients on site throughout the project, always ensuring trades are working efficiently and effectively.

This is yet another important aspect within a seamless renovation- one that compliments GIA’s value of providing the highest standard of customer service, workmanship and support in all stages of the renovation process.
