Scope: Complete Home Renovation/Extension
Brief: This classic block fronted Victorian underwent a complete renovation. The existing front four rooms were retained, and behind these a grand modern two storey extension was built. The extension area feature a beautiful terrazzo polished concrete floor. The two storey void at the rear includes floor to ceiling doors/windows which fill the area with natural light. An impressive two storey custom bookshelf and display area was included. The kitchen is sleek, impressive and playful. Large marble look porcelain island bench area provides a great communal area for entertaining, or simply having family meals. Pops of colour on the joinery and splashbacks were a special request from the clients. The master ensuite is elegant, with bold hexagonal features tiles, and custom carrara marble wall niche.
